2. Applicability

This legal notice applies to all visits to the website, placing orders and all agreements between By-Men and consumers.

3. Liability

While By-Men takes the utmost care with the information on this website, errors may occur. No rights can be derived from the content.

By-Men is not liable for:

  • errors in product information or prices,
  • temporary technical malfunctions or inaccessibility,
  • damage caused by incorrect use of products,
  • information from third party websites.

4. Intellectual property

All photos, texts, designs, videos, and other content on the website are the property of By-Men or used legally under license.

It is not permitted to copy, distribute, publish or commercially use any material without the written permission of By-Men.

5. Privacy (GDPR)

By-Men processes personal data in accordance with the GDPR. This includes, among other things:

  • order processing and customer service,
  • payment processing and shipping,
  • website optimization,
  • marketing communications (only with permission).

6. Order process & Agreement

An agreement is concluded once your order has been completed and you have received an order confirmation by email.

By-Men reserves the right to refuse orders from:

  • suspicion of fraud or abuse,
  • incomplete or incorrect data,
  • price or stock errors,
  • security or payment risks.

7. Right of withdrawal (14 days)

Consumers have the legal right to cancel an order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason.

EU return policy:

  • Products must be unused, unwashed and in original condition.
  • The return must be sent back within 14 days of notification.
  • Refunds will be made within 14 days of receipt of the return.

A standard EU withdrawal form is available upon request.

8. Complaints procedure

Complaints can be sent to support@by-men.com . We usually respond within 24 hours on business days, but no later than the statutory period of 14 days.

9. Applicable law

All agreements, transactions and disputes with By-Men are exclusively governed by Dutch law.
