This notice is drawn up in accordance with Dutch legislation and European regulations for e-commerce (Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, GDPR and EU Regulation 524/2013).

2. Scope
This legal notice applies to all visits to the website, the placing of orders and all agreements between By-Men and consumers.
3. Liability
Although By-Men takes the utmost care with the information on the website, errors may occur. No rights can be derived from the content of the website.
By-Men is not liable for:
- errors in product information or prices,
- temporary technical failures or unavailability of the website,
- damage arising from improper use of products,
- information originating from third-party websites.
4. Intellectual Property
All photos, texts, designs, videos and other content on the website are the property of By-Men or lawfully used under licence.
It is not permitted to copy, distribute, publish or use any material for commercial purposes without prior written permission from By-Men.
5. Privacy (GDPR)
By-Men processes personal data in accordance with the GDPR. This includes, among other things:
- processing for orders and customer service,
- payment processing and shipping,
- optimisation of the website,
- marketing communications (only with consent).

6. Order Process & Agreement
An agreement is concluded as soon as you complete your order and receive an order confirmation by email.
By-Men reserves the right to refuse orders in the event of:
- suspected fraud or abuse,
- incomplete or incorrect data,
- pricing or stock errors,
- security or payment risks.
7. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
Consumers have the statutory right to withdraw from an order within 14 days of receipt, without giving any reason.
EU return conditions:
- Products must be unused, unwashed and in their original condition.
- The return must be sent back within 14 days after the withdrawal has been notified.
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receipt of the return shipment.
A standard EU withdrawal form is available upon request.
8. Complaints Procedure
Complaints can be sent to support@by-men.com . We normally respond within 24 hours on business days, and no later than within the statutory period of 14 days.

9. Applicable Law
All agreements, transactions and disputes with By-Men are exclusively governed by Dutch law.

2. Reikwijdte
Deze juridische kennisgeving is van toepassing op alle bezoeken aan de website, het plaatsen van bestellingen en alle overeenkomsten tussen By-Men en consumenten.
3. Aansprakelijkheid
Hoewel By-Men de grootst mogelijke zorg besteedt aan de informatie op de website, kunnen er fouten optreden. Aan de inhoud van de website kunnen geen rechten worden ontleend.
By-Men is niet aansprakelijk voor:
- fouten in productinformatie of prijzen,
- tijdelijke technische storingen of onbeschikbaarheid van de website,
- schade die ontstaat door onjuist gebruik van producten,
- informatie afkomstig van websites van derden.
4. Intellectuele eigendom
Alle foto’s, teksten, ontwerpen, video’s en andere content op de website zijn eigendom van By-Men of worden rechtmatig gebruikt onder licentie.
Het is niet toegestaan materiaal te kopiëren, te verspreiden, te publiceren of voor commerciële doeleinden te gebruiken zonder voorafgaande schriftelijke toestemming van By-Men.
5. Privacy (AVG)
By-Men verwerkt persoonsgegevens in overeenstemming met de Algemene Verordening Gegevensbescherming (AVG). Dit omvat onder meer:
- verwerking voor bestellingen en klantenservice,
- betalingsverwerking en verzending,
- optimalisatie van de website,
- marketingcommunicatie (alleen met toestemming).

6. Bestelproces & overeenkomst
Een overeenkomst komt tot stand zodra je je bestelling afrondt en een orderbevestiging per e-mail ontvangt.
By-Men behoudt zich het recht voor bestellingen te weigeren in geval van:
- vermoeden van fraude of misbruik,
- onvolledige of onjuiste gegevens,
- prijs- of voorraadfouten,
- veiligheids- of betalingsrisico’s.
7. Herroepingsrecht (14 dagen)
Consumenten hebben het wettelijke recht om een bestelling binnen 14 dagen na ontvangst, zonder opgave van redenen, te herroepen.
EU-retourvoorwaarden:
- Producten moeten ongebruikt, ongewassen en in originele staat zijn.
- De retourzending moet binnen 14 dagen na de melding van herroeping worden verstuurd.
- Terugbetalingen worden binnen 14 dagen na ontvangst van de retourzending verwerkt.
Een standaard Europees herroepingsformulier is op verzoek beschikbaar.
8. Klachtenprocedure
Klachten kunnen worden gestuurd naar support@by-men.com . Wij reageren normaal gesproken binnen 24 uur op werkdagen, en uiterlijk binnen de wettelijke termijn van 14 dagen.
Conform Verordening (EU) 524/2013 kun je ook gebruikmaken van het ODR-platform:

9. Toepasselijk recht
Op alle overeenkomsten, transacties en geschillen met By-Men is uitsluitend Nederlands recht van toepassing.
10. Wijzigingen
By-Men kan deze juridische kennisgeving wijzigen. De meest recente versie is altijd op deze pagina beschikbaar.
