🚚 Shipping Policy – By-Men

At By-Men, we do everything we can to ship your order quickly, carefully and professionally. Below you will find all information about shipping costs, delivery times and shipping methods.

1. SHIPPING COSTS

We use transparent and simple shipping costs:

Netherlands: Free premium shipping with Track & Trace
Belgium: Free premium shipping with Track & Trace
Other EU countries, such as Germany, Denmark and Sweden: Free premium shipping with Track & Trace

Within the European Union, no additional customs fees or import duties apply.

All prices shown on our website include VAT.

2. PROCESSING TIME & SHIPPING METHODS

Order processing time:
Orders are usually shipped within 1 to 3 business days, and most orders are processed within 24 hours.

We ship with reliable carriers such as PostNL, DHL and Yun Express. Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive your Track & Trace link by e-mail.

The legal maximum delivery time within the EU is 30 days. Our estimated delivery times fall within this period.

3. DELIVERY TIMES

Average delivery times after shipment:

Netherlands: 7 – 12 business days
Belgium: 7 – 12 business days
Other EU countries, such as Germany, Denmark and Sweden: 7 – 12 business days

Please note: During busy periods, holidays or sale events, delivery times may be slightly longer. We always do everything we can to deliver your order as quickly as possible.

4. SHIPPING CONFIRMATION & PARTIAL SHIPMENTS

You will receive an order confirmation immediately after placing your order. When your order, or part of it, is shipped, we send your Track & Trace link.

In some cases, your order may arrive in multiple parcels. This does not affect your shipping costs; all additional shipments are paid by us.

5. RISK & DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS

The risk of loss or damage lies with By-Men until the order is physically received by you or a third party selected by you, not being the carrier.

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, report this to the courier if possible and contact us immediately. We will always help you find a suitable solution.

Bij By-Men doen we er alles aan om jouw bestelling snel, zorgvuldig en professioneel te verzenden. Hieronder vind je alle informatie over verzendkosten, levertijden en verzendmethoden.

1. VERZENDKOSTEN

Wij hanteren duidelijke en eenvoudige verzendkosten:

Nederland: Gratis premium verzending met Track & Trace
België: Gratis premium verzending met Track & Trace
Overige EU-landen, zoals Duitsland, Denemarken en Zweden: Gratis premium verzending met Track & Trace

Binnen de Europese Unie zijn geen extra douanekosten of invoerrechten van toepassing.

Alle prijzen op onze website zijn inclusief btw.

2. VERWERKINGSTIJD & VERZENDMETHODEN

Verwerkingstijd van je bestelling:
Bestellingen worden doorgaans binnen 1 tot 3 werkdagen verzonden, en het merendeel wordt binnen 24 uur verwerkt.

Wij verzenden met betrouwbare vervoerders zoals PostNL, DHL en Yun Express. Zodra je bestelling is verzonden, ontvang je automatisch jouw Track & Trace-link per e-mail.

De wettelijke maximale levertijd binnen de EU is 30 dagen. Onze geschatte levertijden vallen binnen deze termijn.

3. LEVERTIJDEN

Gemiddelde levertijden na verzending:

Nederland: 7 – 12 werkdagen
België: 7 – 12 werkdagen
Overige EU-landen, zoals Duitsland, Denemarken en Zweden: 7 – 12 werkdagen

Let op: tijdens drukke periodes, feestdagen of sale-acties kunnen levertijden iets langer zijn. Wij doen er altijd alles aan om je bestelling zo snel mogelijk te leveren.

4. VERZENDBEVESTIGING & DEELLEVERINGEN

Direct na het plaatsen van je bestelling ontvang je een orderbevestiging per e-mail. Zodra jouw bestelling, of een deel daarvan, wordt verzonden, sturen wij je de Track & Trace-link.

In sommige gevallen kan je bestelling in meerdere pakketten worden geleverd. Dit heeft geen invloed op jouw verzendkosten; alle extra verzendingen zijn voor onze rekening.

5. RISICO & BESCHADIGDE OF VERLOREN ZENDINGEN

Het risico op verlies of beschadiging ligt bij By-Men totdat de bestelling fysiek door jou of een door jou aangewezen derde, niet zijnde de vervoerder, is ontvangen.

Ontvang je een zichtbaar beschadigd pakket, meld dit dan indien mogelijk direct bij de bezorger en neem zo snel mogelijk contact met ons op. Wij helpen je altijd om tot een passende oplossing te komen.
