What happens after you report?

  • You will receive a confirmation of receipt within 24 hours (on working days).
  • You will receive a substantive response within 14 days .
  • If we can't reach an agreement, you can turn to independent dispute resolution, for example, through a dispute resolution committee or the European ODR platform.
