1. Shipping at By-Men

By-Men ensures your order is processed and shipped with care. Our average delivery time is 6–11 business days for the Netherlands and Belgium.

For other European countries, including Germany, Sweden, and Denmark, delivery time is typically 7–12 business days . These delivery times are based on our standard European shipping routes.

All orders are shipped from our certified distribution partners . Delivery times are approximate and may vary depending on local carrier processing. Your statutory rights in the event of late delivery remain unaffected.

2. Shipping costs

  • Netherlands & Belgium: free shipping
  • Europe: free shipping

For orders within the European Union, we do not charge any additional import duties, customs fees, or hidden costs on top of the price you see at checkout.

Orders outside Europe are currently not offered via By-Men.

3. Processing and delivery

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days .
  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a track & trace code by email (if available).
  • During holidays or busy periods, delivery time may differ slightly.
  • If delivery is delayed, we will inform you as soon as possible.
  • Products from a single order may be shipped in multiple packages . You will then receive separate shipping information for each package.

4. Not at home or delayed delivery

If you are not home during delivery, the carrier can deliver the package to a collection point or to your neighbors (depending on local regulations). You will receive a notification of this.

By-Men is not responsible for delays caused (or partly caused) by third parties, such as customs, postal services, or carriers, to the extent legally permitted . This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

5. Delivery problems

If you haven't received your order after 14 business days (NL/BE) or 15 business days (other EU) , or if something seems wrong with the shipment, please contact our customer service at support@by-men.com .

If delivery is unreasonably delayed, you can notify us in writing and set a reasonable additional delivery period. If delivery is not made after that, you are legally entitled to terminate the agreement and receive a full refund.
