At By-Men, customer satisfaction is our top priority. That's why we process all returns through our Dutch returns address , allowing us to personally inspect quality and provide fast, honest service.


1. Right of Withdrawal & Refunds (EU Consumer Law)

  • Customers within the European Union have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason.
  • After registering your withdrawal, you have 14 days to return the product.
  • In case of cancellation, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price, including standard shipping costs.
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days after we have received your return or you have demonstrated that the package has been returned.
  • We will refund you using the same payment method you used, unless you explicitly request a different method.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, even for international orders, unless it is due to an error on our part, a defective product, or unless otherwise agreed in advance with our customer service.
  • Returns without prior notification will be accepted, but may take longer to process.

2. Conditions for returns

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the product must:

  • Unused, unwashed and undamaged;
  • Be provided with original labels and packaging (if reasonably possible);
  • Accompanied by the order number or a copy of the invoice.

Products that do not meet these conditions may be rejected in part or in whole.


3. Exceptions

  • Underwear, socks or lingerie with a broken seal (hygiene);
  • Personalized or custom-made products;
  • Gift cards or digital products.

4. Warranty

  • All products are covered by a legal guarantee: a product must do what a consumer can reasonably expect from it.
  • The warranty period is at least 2 years against manufacturing defects, in accordance with EU legislation.
  • Warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear, misuse, intentional damage or improper maintenance.

In the event of a valid warranty claim, we will arrange for repair, replacement or refund.


5. How can you return?

We use a digital returns form to register a return. This prevents errors and ensures fast, accurate processing.

  2. After completing the form, you will automatically receive the return instructions and a confirmation by email.
  3. Pack the product carefully and send it with track & trace to:

After receipt, we will process the refund within a maximum of 14 days.


6. Exchange

By-Men currently does not offer a direct exchange service. Want a different size or color? Please return the product following the instructions above. After receiving your refund, you can easily place a new order.


7. Damaged or incorrectly delivered product

Was your product damaged or delivered incorrectly? Contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will provide a suitable solution, such as a replacement or refund.
